Do I retain the rights to my music?
Yes, you always keep 100% of the rights to your music. We only help to promote your existing release.
How do you guarantee there are no fake streams or manipulation?
We work exclusively with legitimate playlist curators, creators and advertising platforms. All our campaigns comply with the guidelines of Spotify, YouTube and TikTok to ensure genuine engagement and listeners.
What is the next step after booking?
Simply book your campaign directly in our webshop, pay on-site, and we’ll take care of the rest. We will start the campaign, pitch your track or set up ads, and you will start seeing results shortly after.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If we do not reach the target and have not spent the full budget, we will refund the corresponding share of your payment. Our targets are based on years of experience but because we work 100% organically results may differ slightly depending on how much people are resonating with your music. This can mean that a campaign is sometimes not quite meeting the goal but more often than not goals are exceeded. Of course you will be kept up to date with the status of your campaign.
Can I promote the same song on multiple platforms at the same time?
Yes, you can run campaigns on Spotify, YouTube, and TikTok simultaneously for the same song. In fact, a multi-platform approach helps maximize your song’s visibility and reach.
I have already booked a campaign with another service provider (competitor). Is that a problem?
That wouldn't be a problem at all. We work completely independently and have our own network of playlist curators and influencers. We therefore rule out any duplication with another service provider.

The estimated stream numbers for each package are mentioned in the product description of each campaign. These figures are based on our past experiences and typical results, but we cannot guarantee those numbers.
How will I know about the placements of my track?
You will receive 24/7 access to our live reporting dashboard (link) where you can see the current playlist placements and feedback from curators.
When can I start my Spotify promotion?
The earliest date to launch a Spotify campaign is the release day. Since we work with the Spotify link in our pitching process, we have to wait until it is available. This makes it easier for the curators of our network to place tracks with just one click. If your song is already released, a campaign can still be launched at any time without affecting its performance.
